How we use what you type

Last updated 4 November 2026. This notice covers the property pages and enquiry forms run on RealtyIQ, the RealtyIQ website, and RealtyIQ accounts.

Who we are

RealtyIQ is software made by Recilens Corporation Pvt. Ltd., 4/14, Madarahalli, Pochampalli, Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu 635203, India. Real estate brokerages use it to publish projects and handle enquiries. When you enquire about a property, the brokerage named on the page you used decides how your enquiry is handled, and RealtyIQ stores it on the brokerage's behalf. When you use the RealtyIQ website or hold a RealtyIQ account, Recilens Corporation Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for your details.

What is collected

  • The name, mobile number, email and requirement you type into an enquiry, contact or demo form.
  • The page you were on, the page that sent you there, and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source).
  • Your browser type and a one-way hash of your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored with your enquiry.
  • For account holders: your name, email, phone, organisation details, billing details and what you store in the product.

Saved before you press send

Every property enquiry form says, above its fields, that what you type is saved so a broker can call you back even if you don't finish. That is exactly what happens: once you have typed a phone number or email, the form saves it in the background. If you never send the form, a valid mobile number still reaches the broker as an enquiry marked "not confirmed", so they know you did not press send, and they may call you about that property. Partial entries that never become an enquiry are deleted after 90 days.

Who uses it, and for what

Property enquiries are seen by the brokerage named on the page you used, to call or message you about the property you looked at. They are not sold and not shared with other brokerages. RealtyIQ does not contact you about a property itself. Contact and demo requests on the RealtyIQ website go to the Recilens team, who use them only to reply to you about RealtyIQ. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card number.

AI drafts

Inside RealtyIQ, brokers can ask for an optional AI draft - a listing description, a follow-up message, a voice-note summary. These drafts use the free tiers of Google Gemini or Groq, whose providers may use the inputs to improve their products. Before anything is sent, names, phone numbers, email addresses and exact addresses are removed and replaced with placeholders that are filled back in on our side. Every AI result is a draft a person reads and edits; nothing is sent to anyone automatically. If no AI provider is configured, the drafts come from fixed templates instead.

Keeping and removing your details

To have a property enquiry deleted, ask the brokerage named on the page you used; their name and phone number are on the property page you used. For anything held by Recilens, including your RealtyIQ account, contact us and we will tell you what we hold and correct or delete it. Tax invoices are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires. Clearing your browser's cookies removes the cookies listed above.
