The listings

Property details, prices, unit availability and possession dates are published by the brokerage named on each property page. They are indicative and can change without notice. The brokerage confirms the current price, the all-inclusive cost and availability with you before any booking. Check the project's RERA registration on the official state RERA portal before you pay anything.

Enquiries

An enquiry asks the brokerage to contact you. It is not a booking, an offer or a reservation of any unit. Enter only your own contact details. How those details are used is described in the privacy notice. RealtyIQ is not a party to any transaction between you and the brokerage or the builder.

RealtyIQ accounts

  • A self-serve plan starts with a 14-day trial. Going live with real customer data is approved by the Recilens team.
  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Indian rupees. Prices are shown before GST; 18% GST is added and shown on the tax invoice.
  • Each plan has the user, project and storage limits shown on the pricing page.
  • The data your organisation enters belongs to your organisation. You are responsible for having permission to store and contact the people in it, including consent for WhatsApp and email messages.
  • Do not use RealtyIQ to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you have no right to hold, or to try to reach another organisation's data.
